Continuing on with our research into recruitment and employment practices, following the introduction of Shared Parental Leave back in April 2015, we have found that the mist has started to clear on flexible working and employee benefit practices, and as a result started to discover what the relevant parties must do to react in order to get their best from their employees, and workers the best from their employee packages.
