My client are a global player within the property market & are presently looking for a Field Sales Executive to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract basis to cover a maternity leave.  

You will focus on a territory covering the Midlands & Central England (south as far as Milton Keynes) and will be home based. 

Your role will be to sell a service into Estate Agents, therefore if you have previous experience of working as an Estate Agent that will significantly enhance your chances of success with your application.  

You will spend approximately half of your time on the road, meeting with prospective customers - looking to sign them up to the service.  The meetings won't be handed to you however, it's a completely autonomous role so you'll be expected to get on the phone to introduce yourself & book the meeting in.  As the brand is globally recognised in the trade, securing the meeting shouldn't be an issue.  

The fees will need to be negotiated so we're looking for a strong negotiator who can present a solution/service effectively to a prospective client.

I am currently working with a prestigious client in Wolverhampton who are looking to recruit care assistants to work in a residential home for adults with profound learning and physical disabilities. You would be working on a temporary basis with a range of shifts available. This role is perfect for someone looking for a bit of extra income or looking to gain more experience in the care sector.

Duties and Experience:

Exceptional verbal and written communication as you will be required to complete reports
Providing personal care to customers and supporting during meal times (this may include assisting with food preparation)
Following each customers individual care plan
Get involved and support customers with a range of activities during the day. This includes community based activities and attending appointments.
Using your own initiative
Have a caring and proactive attitude
Have experience of working with adults with learning and physical disabilities or have an interest/willingness to learn.

Minimum 6 months care experience is required to apply for the role. You will have to provide referee details for your last 3 years work history and complete an enhanced DBS check.
