6. Contribute to department briefings and attend meetings, as required.
7. Ensure that any information gathered from contacts is submitted or disseminated as appropriate in an accurate and timely fashion ensuring compliance 

To be successful in this role you will need be someone who pays extremely close attention to detail and who is very thorough in identifying even the slightest error. It will involve matching information across different systems to ensure accuracy and that the correct information is on record.

The purpose of the role is to provide a comprehensive support function to the Senior Leadership Team and in conjunction with Line Manager, working closely with colleagues to provide support across the organisation in times of absence or high workloads.

1. Lead by example and behave in line with the company Ethics and Values, taking appropriate action to ensure that all your team members do likewise.
2. Provide first point of contact to the Senior Leadership Team, screen calls, take messages and receive internal and external visitors ensuring all callers and guests are dealt with in a courteous and efficient manner.

4. Organise and co-ordinate meetings as required for SLT, attend to ensure appropriate actions/minutes of each meeting are completed and updated accordingly.
5. Screen and action appropriate emails including the management of the appropriate mailboxes.
6. Provide support to the rewards and recognition processes
7. Maintenance of appropriate intranet pages, ensuring key information and messages are distributed as determined by the SLT.
8. Undertake any other appropriate support to the Department to ensure a full and effective administrative provision is maintained.
9. In conjunction with the Line Manager, provide assistance across the organisation in respect of SLT support services during times of absence and high volume workloads.

You will be an experienced secretary who has good typing accuracy and speed of a minimum of 50wpm. This role would suit an enthusiastic individual who has a flexibility to work and is organised and methodical with excellent coommunication skills. 
This is a full time role working Monday to Friday.

- Schedule training in line with agreed staffing levels and communicate accordingly

This role is paying £7.50-£8 per hour. The hours of work are 37 hours per week.
