A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Manager based in Stoke-On-Trent to work an established REED division. I am looking for an experienced individual who has a proven track record in business to business sales or B2C. On a day to day basis you will be expected to work autonomously and continue expanding and growing current business whilst servicing current accounts and maintaining existing relationships. You have to be a keen learner and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service whilst effectively identifying new business opportunities and ensuring KPI's are met accordingly.

The ideal candidate will have a proven sales background, be it in customer facing roles, account management, sales management etc. 

Responsibilites:


• Ensure that employer expectations are met at all times
• Generate vacancies/job outcomes for all Reed In Partnership programmes in line with Directorate objectives,
• Maximise on repeat business and develop existing account base
Identify new business opportunities and convert effectively,
• Work effectively with national Sector Manager team,
• Collation of all necessary contractual paperwork within agreed timescales,
• Promote and create an awareness of entire range of Reed in Partnership WFD, ESOL, BS, LP and Discovery products,
• Regular communication with partner organisations to ensure that business outcomes are maximised through accessing wider employment network,
• Co-ordinate partner activity in conjunction with established SLA's,
• Provide PA teams with sufficient quality information to assist with member selection,
• Maximise on profitability within core business
• Identify, where appropriate, additional commercial opportunities for the business,
Ensure that recruitment services are delivered according to KPI's identified within any Service Level Agreement,

This September they are looking to appoint Teaching Assistant either from a mainstream background or special school setting, this would be to support the growing intake of students within the school for the up and coming academic year.

The school is a large school for pupils with severe or profound and multiple learning difficulties which adversely affect their physical abilities, speech, language and communication. Many pupils also have additional health complications. In addition to their learning difficulties, an increasing proportion of pupils have also have differing degrees of autism. All of the pupils have an EHP for special educational needs.

This position would be a full time role position 5 days per week term time only. You would been supporting a group of 6 students.

They are looking for a Teaching Assistant that has the following skills and experience and qualifications:

• Early Years trained or Special School trained
• NVQ in Teaching and Learning
• A positive attitude towards young people with a range of disabilities
• Ability work collaboratively within a team of staff
• Ability to differentiate the curriculum to meet a range of learning needs
