Main Responsibilities
1. Keep abreast of the latest accounting standards applicable to sector to ensure compliance and best practice, and implement changes where necessary.
2. Lead and produce the year end consolidated financial statements and subsidiary  statutory accounts.
3. Produce quarter end consolidated statements.
4. Consolidate the financial plan and manage the submission of the financial
forecast.
5. Manage the monthly/quarterly close process, improving the robustness of year-to-date and outturn forecasting. Improve the level of understanding of and challenge to variances and expenditure patterns to support the achievement of value for money.
6. To ensure that reporting structures within Agresso meet the requirements of statutory reporting and liaise with the systems team.
7. To demonstrate a hunger to learn and develop networks.
