Home Alarm Service Responder

We have an exciting and unique opportunity for a temporary Home Alarm Service Responder in the Doncaster area.
To Provide a 24 hour response service over a 7 day week to vulnerable adults in the community.
This role is 3 on 3 off day 12 week rota.
The shifts are 06.00 - 14.00 and 14.00 - 22.00
Duties and Responsibilities

Must be a car driver due to the travel required in the district
To visit clients in their own homes in response to alarm and assertive technology calls.
To Assist when needed with dressing/undressing and toileting of the elderly, and assisting vulnerable tenants who may have learning disabilities. You must be prepared for any eventuality. 
To Liaise with service users and alarm receiving centre operatives to deliver install and demonstrate the alarm technology to new users.
To replace faulty equipment
Accurate report writing and to report any safeguarding concerns
To Test alarms
To carry out a thorough handover 
To take the appropriate action to ensure the safety and welfare of the service users, including contacting the emergency services where necessary, contacting relatives, wardens. carers call centre operatives when required.
multi agency working on the service users behalf.
To undertake all duties in a supportive, professional and caring manner
Caring out routine checks of equipment and reporting faults
Overall you need to be prepared for whatever the reason for the Alarm been raised and be prepared to take the appropriate action.
