Your Responsibilities
Delivering tailored teaching activities to pupils on either a one-to-one basis or in small groups;
Making sure that the pupils that you support are able to engage in learning and stay on task during the lesson or activity;

Working Hours
Working hours are typically during the school day, in term time, Monday to Friday. You may be required to work early mornings or after school if you are supporting additional activities. Some schools run activities over the summer that you could get involved in. This would usually be paid in addition to your normal salary. In general, half-term and summer holidays are counted as part of your holiday allowance. Taking time off during term is usually restricted, and you will need a good reason for term-time absence to be authorised (e.g. moving home, wedding, funeral).
Salary
Starting salaries for teaching assistants are between £11,000 and £15,000.
With increased responsibility, you can expect earn between £15,000 and £21,000.
Your salary will vary depending on the role, responsibility and educational setting.

Reed education are working with a wonderful Children’s Centre in Sheffield. The centre provides Award Winning Private Daycare / Childcare / Nursery Care places for your Children - from Baby to Toddler and Pre-School .
The job responsibilities include:
Perm position starting ASAP 40 hours per week, 
Care and supervision of the children
Childcare qualification to NVQ Level 3, with 1 years’ experience in a similar role.
Experience of working in a nursery environment with children age 12 months - 5 years.
Knowledge of the EYFS.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Working alongside the Nursery Manager and Nursery Room Leader
