• Use all systems available to trace absconders and gain update contact and address details.
• Tracing companies and directors to gain information.
• Accurately entre details onto the in-house system and produce reports.
• Help the team to continue to improve recovery rates.
• Ensure you are working in-line with compliance/data protection and correct procedures.
• Use external systems to conduct searches.
• Liaise with internal & external stakeholders to improve processes and hit targets.

About you
• Be confident using computer systems and external systems e.g. Experian.
• Remain calm under pressure, be self-motivate and target driven
• Good keyboard skills, accurate data entry skills and confident with basic level word and excel
• Good communication skills – clear communicator and good active listener
• Be confident negotiating payment terms and be able to deal with difficult situations

My Client is seeking 2 High Court Administrators to join there ever expanding office.

You must be able to work independently and have the ability to proactively liaise with clients by telephone and via email, taking and seeking further instructions as well as updating and amending case files.

You will work to support colleagues within the team and also the Client Directors to ensure the smooth running of existing contracts. You will need to compile statistical reports and be able to identify areas of improvement. As well as dealing with clients, individuals will also undertake administrative work from members of the public, responding to correspondence where needed. This will involve drafting replies to emails and letters received. Data Input will also be part of their duties as well as occasional complaint handling.

They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the team on a site near Drayton. The site will be 140 units, high end homes built over three years.
You will be given a huge amount of support and join a company with a good reputation plus a low turnover of staff.
Candidates will need to have an excellent background in new build housing, you will have a track record of successful delivery on large sites and a relatively stable CV. Along side the salary, the package offered includes bonus scheme, company car, 27 days holiday, a weekend rate (If ever you need to do a Saturday) plus pension and other benefits.
