Strengthen a specialist advisory service that complies with Force policy and employment legislation. Manage complex HR issues, e.g. performance management, change management and employee relations.

In collaboration with the appropriate HR contact, contribute to the development of force-wide initiatives (new practices and processes) that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the newly evolving Forcewide HR service.

Conduct audits to monitor and improve the active management of HR issues, e.g. provision of performance management information, trend analysis, recommendations and comparison to

Force targets, etc. Provide meaningful, timely and accurate data to senior officers, staff and theForce generally.

To support Quality of Service. Ensure the production of any data from the HR Information Systems is compliant with the provisions of the Data Protection Act, Force polices and procedures.

Managing the People (direct or indirect line management)

You will carry out maintenance inspections and other customer or property surveys as required, including due diligence survey work aligned to stock acquisition and new properties.

To be successful in this role you will need excellent IT and communication skills with the ability to effectively problem solve.

You will be expected to join the on-call rota and provide expert knowledge to the trades team therefore trade knowledge and experience is required, ideally with relevant qualifications (C&G/NVQ Level 2/ONC).
