T&C Manager

£55,000 to £65,000 Per annum

A wealth organisation which provides private banking and financial planning to their clients is looking to strengthen their Compliance function with the hire of a T&C Manager to be based out of their Manchester office.

The salary for this position is anywhere up to £65,000 with fantastic benefits.

In the role you will develop the T&C function by primarily managing the T&C consultants which will thereby strengthen the organisations 1st line of defence.

You will be involved in a number of areas, predominantly

>Working with the Head of function to develop the T&C scheme and developing the T&C supervisors.
>Continuously review the requirements of the T&C scheme and identify new opportunities to do so.
>Coach and support the T&C supervisors
>Recruit and train new T&C supervisors
>Conduct “check the checker” reviews and observe some visits
>Present to internal stakeholders to promote the value of a robust T&C scheme

To be considered for this role you will need to have experience of working in a T&C capacity, ideally with management experience and hold the Diploma in Financial Planning or level 4 qualification as a minimum.

A large wealth management organisation in Manchester city centre is recruiting a Paraplanner to work closely with their team of holistic wealth planners. The role is varied and the client base made up of predominantly ultra high net worth individuals. Coupled with a great city centre location, this opportunity allows developed paraplanners to gain further knowledge. There is a degree of client contact in this role.

Salary on offer will be up to £34,000 with discretionary bonus and leading benefits with up to 10% ER pension contribution.

Job Description

The duties of the Paraplanner will include:

Research funds and investments in addition to other financial products
You will carry out fund analysis, and construct recommendations as well as produce technical reports
Review client affairs and keeping reports updated
Actively stay up to date with industry products and regulations.
Produce suitability reports
Liaise professionally with a wide range of HNW clients

Person Specification

To be the successful applicant, you will be an experienced Paraplanner, ideally level 4 diploma qualified, although qualified by experience may be considered. Chartered candidates will have a further advantage. Knowledge of Adviser Office and pension switches will be an advantage also.

You will be self motivated and eager to progress your career and the company.
