A fantastic new opportunity has become available to work for an established REED division as an ESOL English Language Trainer in Leeds.

As an ESOL Trainer you will be responsible for delivering English Language to learners from Entry level 2 at English Speaking & Listening.  You will be responsible for planning, designing and delivering training as well carry out assessments against relevant criteria on accredited qualifications. In doing so, you will use a variety of training skills and activities to engage and empower learners and to progress the Members to achieve improved levels of English Speaking and Listening and achieve the requisite ESOL qualification.

Essential Criteria:

• Experience of working in a fast paced environment.
• A recognised teaching/training qualification conferring Qualified Teacher Status (as defined by Ofqual)
• Able to evidence a detailed understanding of the Adult ESOL Core Curriculum and the National Standards for Adult Literacy
• ESOL or EAL subject specialist teaching qualification or equivalent experience
