The Lancashire Teaching Agency (LTA) are looking for experienced Teaching Assistants to provide support during the Summer and Autumn terms 2017 in primary schools across the Blackpool area. We are currently working with many primary schools in the Lancashire area, and demand is high for qualified and experienced support staff.

We provide schools with permanent, temporary and ad hoc Teaching Assistant vacancies, and we are keen to hear from local Teaching Assistants who are available either now or in readiness for a new role at the start of September term.
We will consider applications from people who are available part time, or full time, but please do bear in mind that most support roles will require staff to be available Monday through to Friday, during term time. Start times tend to be around 8.45am and finish times are around 3.15pm. This varies between schools.

We are looking for people with the following qualifications, experience and attributes:

Due to an increase in demand for temporary and permanent supply, the LTA/Reed Education are now recruiting EYFS Teaching Assistants and Nursery Assistants to join our team of supply staff in the Kendal area.

The ideal candidate will live in the local area, and have access to transport enabling easy access to schools and nurseries within this area and be available for a minimum of 2 days per week.

All applicants must be qualified teaching assistants, with a minimum level 2 or equivalent. Previous experience within a primary or nursery setting, and recent experience and knowledge of the EYFS framework, including continuous provision and phonics.
