As a member of the Tenancy Support Team, the successful applicant will deliver high quality coaching, training and supervision, tackling out of work poverty, relating to financial exclusion, on a pro-active basis. Participants will be referred on to the New Horizon Project from both internal and external recognised routes.

The role will provide one-to-one support, helping clients identify their goals around money, work and being online, developing their skills and confidence around these issues and enabling people to make progress towards their goals.
