What You Need and Need To Know
- Legal right to work in the UK must be provided *
- Experience as a Teacher essential, either in the UK or abroad.
- Flexibility is key. The more available you are, the more work you can expect.
- Thick skin required. Students will often test the Supply Teacher so, confidence vital.
- Good classroom management skills are crucial.
- You must be able to supply references covering the last 2 years of employment.

• Maintaining class behaviour

The ideal candidate would have:
• Experience teaching or tutoring a in a classroom environment
• A wide knowledge of various subjects on the UK school curriculum
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Good communication skills
• Ideally, a background in a core subject such as English, Maths, History or Science
