The Paralegal position will be a fast paced, dynamic and demanding position. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a legal firm who is particularly known for investing in their staff and providing the right support and training to enable them to progress their legal career.
In order to be considered for this role, experience in a similar role is essential.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:-

-Assisting with purchase, sale and plot sales transactions
-Assisting in the key client, file management and compliance procedures
-Carrying out all administrative functions of the conveyancing process, including preparing searches, drafting correspondence and liaising with clients
-Preservation of client confidentiality

You will use your strong commercial acumen to deliver excellent results providing commercial leadership to Country Office and UK-based teams, developing commercial capability in the teams, maximising value for money; devising, developing and implementing tailored commercial strategies to deliver improved value for money (VfM) and results.

You will embed effective Strategic Relationship Management across business partners/suppliers and develop effective relationships in order to influence a wide range of stakeholders and provide commercial guidance at senior levels.

Experience requires will include (but not limited to);
• Developing, maintaining and leveraging effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver benefits.
• Developing & implementing robust Commercial Strategies (with input from Business Partner and PCD colleagues), enabling supplier innovation, senior stakeholder engagement and market building and shaping.
• Manage key categories of spend, identifying opportunities and plans to increase VfM and results impact in the longer term.
• Using management information to test and challenge commercial activity throughout all stages of the programme cycle.
• Driving procurement-led initiatives with suppliers and partners to maximise value for money & results by identifying opportunities for collaboration and leveraging relationships.
• Ensure commercial risks and drivers are identified and managed and the appropriate quality standards are met.
• Apply a structured approach to supplier relationship management throughout area of responsibility, ensuring supplier relationships and contracts receive the appropriate oversight.
• Bring understanding of market and commercial drivers to support policy development and programme design teams to build and shape markets, and drive delivery partner innovation.
• Raising Commercial awareness and capability amongst staff.

You must have experience of working within Public Sector Procurement, managing all aspects of the commercial and contractual relationships with key suppliers, be a clear communicator, with an ability to effectively influence thought leadership, influence internal and external stakeholders and have a grounded understanding of OJEU regulations.

Due to continued growth our client a global organisation based in Glasgow are currently recruiting for Senior Demand Planner to join their successful and ever growing supply chain operation.

As the Senior Demand Planner you will utilise relevant supply chain data including sales forecasts to drive efficient alignment of cased product supply and customer demand.

In addition, you will;

Planning cased stock works order programmes, ensuring in-house bottling hall capacity is efficiently utilised and production schedule is reported and communicated to all stakeholders.
Use monthly phased forecast platform to monitor customer and inventory trends, and recommend short term forecast reviews.
Identifying product or supplier trends causing stock situations not meeting KPIs and making recommendations to stock and/or ordering parameters to improve availability.
Managing replenishment orders within agreed parameters, reporting any parameters which impact on availability and/or stock performance.
Assist with the adjustment of the inventory optimisation plan to ensure that run sizes are being optimised and are cost effective while balancing warehouse storage costs.
Proactively building relationships with relevant departments and work collaboratively with them to improve availability and inventory management.
Prepare KPI statistics for the department, including information and reports for monthly management meeting.
To manage and motivate staff, recruit, train and develop staff, according to company policies and to ensure appropriate cover in the absence of the Logistics and Supply Chain Manager.

What experience is our client looking for;

Experience of a Procurement/Planning environment is considered essential.
Experience of SAP ERP demand planning is considered essential.
PC Literate.
Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks within strict deadlines.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well within a team.
