As a Housing Support Worker you will be responsible for providing temporary supported accommodation to vulnerable adults with varying support needs, providing tenancy related support, dealing with a variety of housing issues, assisting the service users to develop independent living skills. You will assist them to in making positive choices about their lives, give tenancy support whilst also ensuring that rental income is maximised by following arrears procedures.

My client is an award winning company in the travel industry, based in a fantastic city centre office. Their inbound team of travel experts are growing and they want to welcome positive and outgoing sales people to join them. You will be the first point of contact for potential new customers so an excellent telephone manner is essential. My client wants their customers to feel excited about booking with them and your role will involve maximising all sales opportunities. My client is passionate about providing all customers with a first class service.

As this is an inbound contact centre there is no cold calling however there are targets in place, which you will be rewarded for if they are achieved. Not only are you rewarded with a generous bonus scheme you will be extremely looked after with full training being given, potential for career progression and company benefits such as a pension scheme, discounts on the company product, enhanced maternity/paternity pay, long service recognition and they have a reward and recognition programme for all staff throughout their career with them.

There are full and part time roles available (part-time must be above 20 hours per week) and weekend work is essential on a rota basis so please only apply if you are happy with this.

Their inbound team of travel experts are growing and they want to welcome positive and outgoing sales people to join them. You will be the first point of contact for potential new customers so an excellent telephone manner is essential.
