As a PPI Resolution Officer you will be a key point of contact for M&S Bank customers. • Assessing and checking incoming items to assess whether the PPI claim case can be worked.
• Calling customers or third party’s in order to obtain further information.
• Reviewing cases and making the decision on whether a PPI claim will be successfully upheld or whether a communication will need to be submitted in order to show the case has been declined.
• Checking acceptance cases and processing required payments within SLA.

Reed currently have fantastic opportunities available to work as a Payment Protection Insurance Resolution Officer at M&S Bank’s prestigious site based in Chester. 

Start date: 19th April for a duration of 12 months
Hours: Monday to Friday, 5pm until 9pm, 20 hours a week

As a PPI Resolution Officer you will be a key point of contact for M&S Bank customers. You will investigate and resolve customer PPI claim cases following strict guidelines and processes, ensuring first time resolution. Flexibility is required as you could be responsible for a variety of duties which include:

• Assessing and checking incoming items to assess whether the PPI claim case can be worked.
• Calling customers or third party’s in order to obtain further information.
• Reviewing cases and making the decision on whether a PPI claim will be successfully upheld or whether a communication will need to be submitted in order to show the case has been declined.
• Checking acceptance cases and processing required payments within SLA.

To be successful at M&S Bank, you must be able to demonstrate experience within the following areas:

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• A passion for providing excellent customer service
• An ability to work to strict processes and deadlines.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office packages.

Training will be Monday to Friday, 9am until 4.45pm for 6 weeks, after which you will move onto your shift pattern of 5pm until 9pm.
