Once established, the Temporary Staffing Administrator will carry out day to day administrative activities associated with the use of temporary workers.

The Role:
 
-  Audit files of existing temporary workers and transition them to new central temporary service
-  Receive requests from with hiring managers in relation to requests for new temporary assignments to be filled
-  Advertise temporary opportunities using the e-recruitment portal
-  Liaise with temporary staffing agencies from PSL, where appropriate, to fill vacancies
-  Register new workers with the temporary staffing service, including completion of all pre-employment checks
-  Match temporary workers to assignments and provide all relevant information to the worker and manager for commencement of the assignment
-  Monitor temporary workers during their assignments to ensure they do not breach working conditions, e.g. hours, visa conditions, etc.  
- Receive queries from temporary workers and managers during assignments and provide appropriate advice, consulting the Senior Temporary Staffing Coordinator as appropriate
-  Process electronic timesheets to Payroll team for payment
-  Terminate temporary workers as necessary following leavers procedure
 
Requirements:
