To be able to work this project you will need to be available from 8th - 23rd April 2017 to work on various different shifts patterns! 

Duties:

Job role:
This role requires the job holder to have the ability to undertake a number of different tasks at a high level covering a large geographical area. They need to lead by example, motivate and retain staff, be flexible in approach, whilst developing prospects for new business and remain focused on achieving the revenue production whilst maintaining business quality.

Reporting to the Regional Manager as part of the regional management team.
The role holder will be responsible for the direct line management of a team of Private Client Advisers and Corporate Consultants where applicable.
The role holder will also be expected to develop and maintain a good working relationship with the Corporate Advice Team in order to maximise opportunities for cross referrals where they do not manage Corporate Consultants.

Key Dimensions:
To manage and develop a team of up to c15/20 Private Client Advisers, Corporate and Self Employed Consultants. To deliver an annual team target; this will be agreed with the Regional Manager. Responsible for delivery and support for company strategy/regulatory changes and business quality.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in managerial roles
• Competent Adviser Status – Dip PFS, JO7 and Diploma Level 4 (if JO7 has not already been attained there is a requirement to pass this exam within 12 months of commencement of the role)
• Proven success as a business leader with commercial and organisational awareness skills
• Excellent knowledge and practical experience of advisory process within financial services, and similarly for corporate business
• Strong leadership, coaching and management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills and ability to deliver through others
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• A strong background in PI and or Affinity Development
