My client a leading Insurer is looking for a sales support to join their busy field based sales team on a 6 month contract.
You will provide administration and sales support to the team helping produce monthly MI reports, maintaining large account databases and producing relevant reports for the regions. You will work with the sales consultants helping them maximise their sales through issuing prospecting and sales list.

In this role you will be responsible for providing technical support in regards to the recovery of insurer outlays from first notification through to completion.
* Take initial instruction from client and advise on legal action and all alternatives open to client
* Responsible for managing team on daily duties and ensure they provide a first class service
* Ensure team is meeting required standards in accordance with policy and procedures
* Provide technical support to the team when required
* Ensure KPI's and SLA's are meet
* Help train team members on complex issues
* Manage complex case loads
Successful candidates will have:

* Adaptable, proactive, and determined to succeed
* Written and verbal communication skills
* Previous experience in claims (desirable)
