Our client is a well established law firm who is looking for an Insurance Claims Negotiator on a fixed term contract with the possibility of becoming a permanent staff member to join our busy, well established “Subrogated Recoveries” Team servicing major insurance company clients.
Dealing with a wide variety of cases on behalf of their clients, this is a solid administration role for an experienced claims professional who has experience in dealing with third party liability claims generally.
You will work to well established service level agreements.

Reed Insurance have been selected to assist a leading Insurance company to appoint a number of Customer Sales and Service Executives in Glasgow City Centre.
•The sale of General Insurance products to new and existing customers via the telephone and in the branch
•Develop customer relationships
•Supporting sales campaigns, including the cross sale of products and Services
•Deal with general queries from customers relating to insurance products
•Managing the Credit Control System including issuing invoices and collecting premiums
•Assisting with the Renewal and Quotation Process
•Making appointments for the Branch Manager and Account Manager
•Introduce Financial Services to customers and generate leads for the Financial Adviser
•Possesses good keyboard and numerical skills
•Is able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally with customers, colleagues and business contacts
•Enjoys working in a team and possess excellent organisational skills
•Is able to comply with internal and regulatory requirements
•Background in sales, lead generation or customer services, specifically with the knowledge of Insurance, Financial Services and or Investment products
•Telephony or face to face customer sales experience

Salary £17,000 + up to 25% bonus
•Manage new and existing client relationships and grow the existing accounts, providing the most appropriate insurance and risk management solutions
•Negotiate with insurers to obtain terms for clients that accurately and effectively match customer requirements
•Manage own workload in order to effectively service the client relationship and ensure placements are completed within client deadlines
•Ensure client information and sales plans are kept up to date
•Provide realistic plans and forecasts on customer performance

Experience, Knowledge and Skills
•Previous demonstrable experience in an Account Executive Role and comfortable working to targets
•Evidence of effectively prioritising risks to manage concurrent workflow
•Able to identify potential problems and seek advice/consultation when required
•Robust knowledge of client market and insurance industry network
•Able to quickly grasp and interpret salient information to maximise growth opportunities
•Strong Business Development Skills
•Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

•Excellent planning and analytical skills
