Reed Talent Solutions delivers an end-to-end RPO solution to a large Housing organisation where we manage the attraction, selection and on-boarding of all permanent and contingent labour. As part of our solution, our portal is fully integrated with the client's HR systems to ensure effective data transfer from requisition to on-boarding, enabling the client to maximise attraction of talent from all routes to market.
Assessment process design & delivery
As part of the service to a non-departmental governing body, Reed Talent Solutions delivered the organisation with critical support in the re-assessment of its entire recruitment process; from job description/advertisement to the process that would ultimately determine the successful applicant. All parts of this process were designed against clearly defined and appropriate capability areas that enabled alignment with the new organisational responsibilities and ongoing strategic objectives. Reed Screening have screened over 50,000 files in the last 12 months and have obtained over 100,000 references. As part of our service to a large global bank, REED have reduced the time to vet candidates by 5.65 days over the last 12 months. Additionally, we have achieved consistent quality scores of over 98% to ensure that whilst files are signed off faster, any risk to the business is mitigated by a high quality rate.
Bespoke research projects
Our Consultancy team undertook a research assignment on behalf of a large financial organisation to identify how improvements could be made to retention levels across middle management level roles. The analysis considered areas within the recruitment service that affected retention and how to make improvements. The second area analysed factors outside the recruitment service that impact retention such as career progression and the nature of the role. Our team produced a report of the findings and made recommendations in order to improve retention within the organisation.
