Career & Change Management Experience
Details of our Career & Change Management experience working for clients like you
Our Career & Change Management team have been delivering consultative solutions to clients since 2001. These services are targeted at helping the individuals in your business manage periods of change. This ranges from helping them thrive after a promotion, through dealing with organisational restructures, to helping them through a redundancy consultation.
Since October 2008, we have provided UK wide support to nearly 10,000 employees within one client alone. This support has been provided to workers at all levels from senior management through to drivers and administrators, and all with varying abilities and working shift patterns. Our support is designed to work within the client's comprehensive 'managing change' policies, which had been agreed with the recognised Trade Unions.
Our latest client survey for our Career Management service involved over 3,000 employees across a range of sectors and grades, from administrator to director/board level. Our evaluation feedback has revealed that over 97.5% of respondents agree or strongly agree that our services have been ‘helpful, informative and supportive,' with 99.97% of respondents stating that they would recommend the service to a friend or a colleague.
We have worked closely with our client to enable them to effectively manage redundancy and other organisational change situations. We provide vital and bespoke support in order to equip all affected individuals for the next stage in their career, whilst maintaining the high morale and engagement of retained staff. Our blended programme of support provides impartial and professional guidance for people experiencing job loss or career disruption through realistic assessments of future job prospects and insights into an individual's motivators, talents and strengths.
"The Reed Career Coach immediately grasped the need to show how she can add value - both to the individual and the company who is often supporting the coaching costs. It is on this basis that I had absolute confidence in them to create improved business outcomes which will both challenge and develop the individual, and for the organisation - develop its people capabilities so it can better deliver its objectives."
