A face to face meeting reviewing the profiles of candidates identified as suitable for the opportunity, to create a long list of potential candidates to approach for Leadership Practice interviews.
Leadership Practice Interviews
The Leadership Practice representative will conduct interviews with the long list and produce interview notes / scorecard as agreed at the initial Assignment Consultation meeting.
Short List inc Interview Notes
A face to face meeting to present the short list and the candidate notes from Leadership Practice interviews. Followed by arranging Client Interviews.
The Leadership Practice representative will arrange face to face interviews between yourself and the short listed candidates. They can also offer their service as co-interviewers and provide interview facilities at any of our offices nationwide.
Manage Offer Stage
the Leadership Practice representative will present the offer to the chosen candidate. Throughout the assignment the Leadership Practice representative will have coached the candidates on counter offers and gained an understanding of their motivation for a move in order to ensure a smooth offer process.
