Candidate Long List
A face to face meeting reviewing the long list of profiles for candidates identified as suitable for the opportunity, to create a short list of potential candidates to approach for Reed Actuarial interviews.
Reed Actuarial Interviews
The Reed Actuarial representative will conduct interviews with the short list and produce interview notes / scorecard as agreed at the initial Assignment Consultation meeting.
The Reed Actuarial representative will arrange face to face interviews between yourself and the short listed candidates who have passed and expressed interest. They can also offer their service as co-interviewers and provide interview facilities at any of our offices nationwide.
Manage Offer stage
The Reed Actuarial representative will present the offer to the chosen candidate. Throughout the assignment the Reed Actuarial representative will have coached the candidates on counter offers and gained an understanding of their motivation for a move in order to ensure a smooth offer process.
