* Providing administrative support to HR staff and employees, cooperation in setting, compliance and standardization of HR processes.
* Preparation of labor documents (employment contracts, amendments, termination of employment) and various confirmation for employees.
* Administration of entry and exit of employees
* Signing of contracts, tax forms, assembling documents, administration, medical examinations.
* Communication embarkation and disembarkation of employees to other departments (finance, property management, IT, etc.).
* Administration and HRIS systems maintenance, maintenance of files of staff
* Communication with the Salary center support staff in dealing with non-standard issues related to the Salary Center.
