The Role:

This role will to provide the highest level of care via clinical services, primary health care services and health education to clients. Working on a a 'on call' basis, you will be experienced to carry out the following duties:

- Work collaboratively with members of the clinical team to ensure effective delivery of acute clinical services
- Provide educations to client along with the support and advice required and ensure that they receive short and long term medication support.
- Provide a high level of primary health care services within the scope of a Remote Area RN including; conducting adult and child health checks;sexual health checks; assessing mental health referrals and support; providing nutritional educations
- Attend third party conferences and meetings
- Assist with the long term strategic plans

This role will require for you to travel across remote and unsealed roads, and be comfortable carrying out a single site nurse role.

About You:

To be considered for a contract you must:
- Be registered with AHPRA
- Have post graduate experience working as a midwife
