Reed Group recognised in FT Diversity Leaders 2020 list

A recent report unveiled by the Financial Times (FT) has seen the Reed Group ranked 272nd out of 700 for its diversity and inclusion strategies.

As part of the report, 10,000 companies employing at least 250 people in ten European countries were are ranked on the diversity and inclusion of their workplaces. All types of diversity, including gender balance, openness to all forms of sexual orientation, disability and ethnic and social mix were assessed by the FT research partner Statista. Over 80,000 employees were interviewed across Europe and were asked to rate their own employer as well as other companies. REED (ranked at 272) received a high rating from our employees, in particular for ethnicity, LGBTQ+ and disability. Employees from across the group – Reed Specialist Recruitment, Reed in Partnership and Reed.co.uk - took part in the research.
