Our dedicated teams, based in London, Sydney and Melbourne have extensive experience of project managing permanent overseas recruitment programmes, and staff in our dedicated international centres arrange all aspects of pastoral care support for candidates arriving into the destination country.

We provide a number of recruitment solutions and managed recruitment packages, all of which see through the full recruitment life cycle, from candidate attraction to relocation management and post-placement support.  Projects and recruitment strategies are bespoke to the individual client, with a choice of interview options including video-conferencing and full project management of in-country interviews.  Once we have fully understood our client's requirements, we work with them to define a bespoke sourcing strategy, which will be determined by both clinical skill and cultural fit requirements.
